Who We Are
Meissa means "the Shining One" in Arabic and is the star that marks the head of the hunter in the constellation Orion.
In 2018, Meissa Jewelry was founded in Los Angeles, California by Angel, a passionate jewelry designer, GIA-certified graduate gemologist (diamonds & colored stones), and a proud UC Berkeley alum. Fascinated by precious metals and gemstones since childhood, Angel was inspired to start a jewelry line of her own.
Meissa is proudly owned and operated by women, and all of our jewelry are handmade with love. We strive to create unique and elegant jewelry pieces for everyday wear and to empower women to see their own beauty and strength. We hope that those who wear our jewelry can shine bright no matter where they go and know that they are beautiful just the way they are.

How will I know when my order ships?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link once shipped.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships out, we'll also send a shipping confirmation email which will contain a tracking link to track your shipment. Estimated delivery times will be provided via shipping carriers.
How come I haven't received a shipping confirmation email?
If you haven't received a shipping confirmation, your order may still be in production. Custom, made-to-order jewelry is handcrafted and well worth the wait! We specify the availability of each item in each listing description for your reference.
Why doesn't my package show any movement?
We advise allowing the postal carrier at least 24 - 48 hours from the date you receive your shipping confirmation email for tracking to update. If your package still hasn't moved, your local post office will have the best details about the whereabouts of your package.
What if something I ordered arrived damaged or is the wrong item?
Whoops-a-daisy! Contact us right away and we will cover the cost of returning your item to us so it can be repaired, replaced, exchanged, or refunded.
I never received an order confirmation email or text but my card was charged.
In the event that your card was charged, and you don't believe the order went through, it is likely that you are seeing a pending charge that will be reversed within a few business days. The reversal time is dependent on your bank.
What if I forgot to put in my discount at checkout?
Unfortunately, we are unable to apply discount codes to past orders and orders that have already been placed.
I placed an order before a sale, can I apply that discount to a previous order?
