What’s your return policy?
We accept returns in new condition with original packaging, which means tags and jewelry cards attached to all design, jewelry bags and gift box, for a full refund. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days after you receive your shipment for a refund. There is a 10% re-stocking fee, which will apply to the total value of the goods you are returning.
How long does it take to process a return?
We will need 5-10 business days to process the return after we receive the product/s back. We will be sure to send an email to you as soon as your return has been processed.
How can I do an exchange?
Yes, we do accept exchanges within 14 days of purchase. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us via email: info@meissajewelry.com.
The item says it’s available on Pre-Order. What does this mean?
Only selected products will be available for Pre-Order. The expected delivery period will be noted in the description of the product. Please familiarize yourself with the following Pre-Order terms before completing your purchase:
At the time you place your order, you will be required to pay the full price to secure your Pre-Order.
Due to the pre-sale nature of this type of transaction, you should expect a delayed period between the purchase of the product & the actual delivery of the product.
Delivery dates are subject to change & our customer care team will be in touch should there be any unexpected delays with your order. Standard return & exchange policies apply to all pre-orders.
What happens if a sale item I purchased is further reduced?
If an item is purchased at a sale price, no price adjustment will be offered should the item be further discounted regardless of the reason.
What does Final Sale mean?
Items that are marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return. These items cannot be returned for refund or credit, regardless of how much time has passed since the purchase. All “Final Sale” items are marked as such on the product page.
What if something I ordered arrived damaged?
Whoops-a-daisy! Contact us right away and we will cover the cost of returning your item to us so it can be repaired, replaced or refunded.
