We offer a 30-day quality guarantee on all our jewelry from the date of your item's delivery, we are happy to help resolve any issues where your jewelry is defective. 


We always do our best to replace your jewelry depending on its availability if the fault is oursPlease keep in mind custom made items are deemed final sale once received. We will not remake or refund an item unless the fault is ours.

Returns

We accept return for new and unworn pre-made, ready-to-ship items within 14 days of your delivery date. Items marked 'Final Sale' are denoted in product descriptions and are not eligible for return or exchanges.

We typically don't accept returns for custom, made-to-order items or international shipments. However, your satisfaction is a priority to us, and we are happy to assist with any situation. Please contact our care team with any concerns.

Return Requirements

  1. Return is initiated by the customer within 30 days of delivery date.
  2. The item(s) is received unworn, unaltered, and undamaged in their original packaging.
  3. The item(s) is mailed back within 30 days of return authorization. Customer will need to cover the shipping cost of the return. 

All returns require authorization. To start your return, please contact our care team. We will need 5-10 business days to process the return after we receive the product(s) back. We will be sure to send an email to you as soon as your return has been processed.

Please note, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund total and original shipping fees are non-refundable. We are typically unable to provide any reimbursement unless the fault is ours. All of our jewelry is handcrafted with high-quality material and made to last. We are happy to help with any situation so please reach out with any concerns. 🤍

Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To start your exchange, please contact our care team. We will need 5-10 business days to process the exchange after we receive the product(s) back. We will be sure to send an email to you as soon as your exchange has been processed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is lost or damaged in transit and is insured, please contact our care team to file an insurance claim. We will refund your order once we receive the funds from the insurance company.

If your package is lost or damaged in transit and insurance was NOT purchased, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the shipping courier to locate the package or file a claim. 

We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages that are not insured.

Can you help repair a damaged item?

We are unable to repair finished jewelry; however, we are happy to offer a remake service for made to order items and replacement for ready to ship items if your item is under warranty! Please check our warranty policy above to see if you're covered.

If you are past your warranty- don't fret! Simply reach out and we will try to assist you with any issue you may experience. We offer a discounted replacement service for made to order jewelry that is over the warranty period.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link once shipped.

Once your order ships out, we'll also send a shipping confirmation email which will contain a tracking link to track your shipment. Estimated delivery times will be provided via shipping carriers. 

If you haven't received a shipping confirmation, your order may still be in production. Custom, made-to-order jewelry is handcrafted and well worth the wait! We specify the availability of each item in each listing description for your reference.

We advise allowing the postal carrier at least 24 - 48 hours from the date you receive your shipping confirmation email for tracking to update. If your package still hasn't moved, your local post office will have the best details about the whereabouts of your package. 

Whoops-a-daisy! Contact us right away and we will cover the cost of returning your item to us so it can be repaired, replaced, exchanged, or refunded.

In the event that your card was charged, and you don't believe the order went through, it is likely that you are seeing a pending charge that will be reversed within a few business days. The reversal time is dependent on your bank.

Unfortunately, we are unable to apply discount codes to past orders and orders that have already been placed.
